Everten Online

It was the first time I had use Everten Online, I will certainly be using them again and telling family and friends. I also appreciated the phone call on the day of my order, to confirm my order and when it was going to be sent.

Very enjoyable. I was pleased with the feedback and the speed of delivery.

There was no reciept supplied with purchase which I need to chase up for tax reasons

I found the interface easy to use.

I was quite frustrated by my experience shopping with Everten. While I received the kettle soon after I made the purchase, I have yet to received a discount that is oweing to me. The kettle was discounted by $6.90 and the order info said that I would be able to arrange this while paying with Paypal; however, Paypal doesn't allow this discount to be processed manually and I had to pay the full price. I contacted the company (on 7 February), which said that other customers had complained of a similar experience and I would receive the discount when management returned the following week. I am yet to receive the discount.

No fuss, tight range, excellent prices (including postage) and very fast delivery.

I love Everten, they're a great find and I have bought several items from them over the past 18 months. The only thing I would like them to do differently would be to offer an optional overnight express postal service. The flat fee by regular post is fantastic, but a faster option when needed would be great.

Excellent service, especially useful as I have to shop for interstate relatives. My order was placed mid-morning and was delivered to the Gold Coast before 9am the next day. Will certainly shop with Everten Online again.

it started out pretty good - I paid by direct deposit - and over a week later I still had no notification of when my order was to arrive. Rang and found that my order was not processed properly. Once found I received goods next day.

Everything went like clockwork - goods were received in record time and in great condition. We love the knives. All in all, a great experience.

Very satisfactory - the only thing was that the box was a bit squashed on arrival, however the frypan was not damaged so this was not too much of a problem - only thing is that it was being given as a christmas gift. I was very grateful that it arrived on the Friday just before Christmas day - perfect!
