Have used this site for the first time,would not hesitate to use them for future purchases.

Speedy service with exactly the right product - and good price too. I needed a specific last-minute Christmas gift and didn't have time to go shopping to find it - Fresh was the answer and it arrived in plenty of time for Christmas.

Fresh contacted me direct to check my order. Order received within five working days. Product was as described and much cheaper than buying at local department store. Ordering was easy, as was finding the product I was looking for. Would definitely buy through Fresh again.

I've found shopping at Fresh provides good service and staff demonstrate excellent attention when any additional clarification is needed. I certainly appreciate Fresh's price matching guarantee. It is probably the deciding factor for me in purchasing from this company but also knowing the company has an office in Australia is a close second in determining choice since feeling confident about making a purchase on the internet is an important motivator. My only dissapointment was not being able to purchase products from newer Brands. For example: EmergenC: Issada mineral cosmetics.

this was the first purchase and all goods were delivered on time. i will use fresh again.

I am concerned that the product I received is not a genuine SKII product as the writing on the label is in Japanese and not English!

Order took longer than expected to arrive, but subsequently noticed product was sourced from Hong Kong, therefore acceptable delivery timeframe. Definitely will be ordering more in the future.

I've shopped with Fresh a couple of times now and have been impressed with the website, the ease of ordering and the quickness of delivery.

Ordered 31 Oct, was sent an email to say it was dispatched 1/11/2007. I am still waiting for it to turn up - have called the Post Office - they have no record of tracking number given for my order, and have had alot of people ringing up chasing orders. I would not have ordered if I had known it was being drop shipped from overseas, I believed it was an aussie company with a Melbourne Head office. Won't be doing any more business - AVOID!!

customer service following lacking in information. Post checking status not available and customer service of no help. Customer need to improve their assistance to clients in assisting with tracking.

i hd trouble finding a certain brand of perfume else where for my daughter,a by fluke i came accross this great shop on line

I wish I had been told it would take so long to receive my order, as it was a present. My expectations were that it would be posted the next day as there was no mention in delays or short stock.

There was no problem with the purchase, it was very convenient and i will probably buy again in the future.

Goods were in excellent condition, wrapped well in attractive paper, and delivered quickly. The only downside was that I could not alter my order once it was submitted (I had a voucher which I forgot to use at the checkout).

Product was a couple of days late, arrived in Australia in plenty of time took over a week (8 working days) from its arrival in Australia to get to myself. Product came from Hong Kong was not aware that this was coming from overseas which added to the time.

I bought the product and had it shipped to my sister in South Africa - it appears Customs is holding onto it until they receive invoices and proof of contents.

Receive all products ordered on time and in good condition.

when browing website, search categeories could be improved to narrow "found items" eg search for "eyeliner" and "eye liner" pulled up differenty results. Each time there were over 500 items and not all "eye liners" (eg was some eye shadow and blush). Maybe making categories more specific than "eye prodcuts" or "skin care" would help.

The ring I brought was what a I expected and I was happy with it. The perfume I brought Im not happy with and am still waiting on an answer from fresh cos if think its not the authentic brand.

I bought a Prada perfume gift set from Fresh recently - received it in perfect condition and well packed. Item was delivered quickly and order status was updated and emailed to me regularly. Not only did I receive authentic, less-than-retail goods, Fresh had a discount code up so I ended up saving about $50 off retail. Will shop there again.
