My shopping experience with LatestBuy was tremendous. It was a rather last minute purchase and I was extremely pleased to receive the item in good time for Christmas and in good order. What a convenient way to shop! Having been "iffy" at shopping online, LatestBuy was a great positive reinforcement that this can be such a timesaving and pleasant way to shop.

Ther were unusual products and was fun to browse

Order arrived with the glass broken. First phone call to LatestBuy directly after receiving the broken cube was told it wasn't the fault of LatestBuy but the courier. I could either have a replacement 3D cube or get a refund less the postage (which was the highest amount of postage to ensure next day delivery - took 3-4 days to arrive anyway!) I was told not to send the parcel back as it was no good to them anyway if I wanted a refund. I opted for replacement but then decided to get refund instead as I feared the next one would probably arrive broken too. Second phone call was told I would get a full refund (still not sure if that includes the cost of the postage) after they receive the parcel back. Still haven't heard back from them.

I was extremely happy with my purchase and the delivery time was faster than expected. I would recommend them to everyone and will gladly shop with them again.

So far so good. Will be happy to shop there again. Got some of the funiest Christmas gifts I have ever seen too!

My only complaint is when using pay pal the discounts are not available otherwise the rating would be excellent

Items were great, and were well received by my family members. Postage and gift wrapping costs are the best I have found in all my online experiences. My one suggestion to improve the service would be to do with the gift wrapping. While this was a great service, and offered at a very reasonable price, it did leave me with a small problem, as I ordered several products within each order. Therefore, I had no real way to know which item was which. I was able to work out most of them by feeling for the shape, texture, etc, or in one case, by pressing and setting off the b***s*** alert toy. In future, it might be very helpful to your customers to have a small sticker that matches the code on the invoice, so that it is easy to tell which product is in the packaging, as there were a couple of items I did have to open to work out which was which. Overall though, a great site, and I have already recommended LatestBuy to friends and family. I'll certainly shop here again.

I placed my order on the 10th of December - paid extra to have it within 10 days and in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, the gift has not arrived (today is 12/24/2007)and I doubt it will be here to be given as a gift. I will not purchase anything from your company again.
