Fantastic customer service and easy to use website. A little confusing with the stock levels but the staff are only too happy to help find an alternative if somethings going to take a few days extra.

I have ordered a couple of items from Mwave and I have received great service, it seems their website has been updated to include more detailed description and updates on your order. Shopping on their website is easy and great.

It was brilliant service that i received. delivery was only overnight even thou i was excepting the product in 3 to 5 days. Will diffently being using and recommending Mwave again.

It was a very easy experience. The items arrived much sooner than expected and I was delighted with the outcome. But I must admit that I was very reluctant to shop at mwave.com.au because I found some blogs which give them a very bad review. It just goes to show that if you get a poor reputation it can take a very, very long time to shake it off.

The service was prompt but the stock levels were incorrect--the product I ordered is no longer in production, but Mwave still advertised it as 'currently in stock' or 'available to order.'

Delivery took a bit long

I was disappointed to find that the LAN adapter that was sent was not a genuine Nintendo product. There was nothing on the mwave website to indicate that it was an unofficial lookalike product.

reasonable experience

I have bought many things from Mwave over the years, for both work and home. Their sale items are usually excellent value and they have been excellent too when I've had a fault/problem. Freight charges are wonderfully realistic too which is a rare pleasure these days. HOWEVER... (there's alway a however), if it's not actually in stock (ignore what the website says), you are left totally in the dark to wonder what's gone wrong. This is their one GREAT failing. Overall, a pretty good mob though.

Ordered external enclosure, hard drive and eSata card on Wednesday night, goods received Monday morning in perfect condition. Only criticism offered, no follow up email with tracking numbers as expected, and order status currently states 'Processed, Not Shipped'! Other than that, I'd be happy to order from them again!! Price and delivery excellent.

call me old fashioned but when I click on "Click to enlarge image", I expect to see a larger picture.

Overall OK. However the one criticism is that I was not contacted (via email or SMS as was indicated on their website) when the goods were ready for delivery. I had to ring them to find out if it was ready - not so good.

I have been a Mwave customer for a long time. Not once did they dissapoint me. They always have the products that I'm interested in and are reasonably priced. I will definitely shop with them again : )

Generally excellent although if an item is not in stock then substituting another item puts you back at the end of the queue in terms of speed of processing.

I have used MWave almost 10 times in the last 2 years, for purchases ranging from $20 total to an entire PC system. Almost every time I have received the product promptly- the one criticism I have is that I have noticed they have a tendency to list products as "In Stock" when they are actually not, although this has led to only minor delays in receiving the goods.

I ordered the product around 3pm on one day and received the item at 9.30am next day. And I live in regional Qld. Great service!!

Enjoyed doing business

Purchased a Belkin Wireless Router/Modem from online store as the website said the product was in stock. Two days later the item was listed as Back Order????? Rang the Call Centre and was not given a clear answer to as why they had to order the product in from their supplier. I paid for Next day delivery because I thought I would receive the item within days. Turned out 16 days later I finally received the item with no explanation as to why it took so long. Happy with item but service poor......
