This phone is mediocre at all of its supposed uses. It doesn't work that well as a phone - it has poor sound quality, especially with a bluetooth headset connected - it crackles. And you can't set it to vibrate and have a ringer at the same time.
Email doesn't have all the functionality that other phones have. You can't even save file attachments to the (expensive) memory card.
A major oversight is that especially with a 2-letter-per-key system, it doesn't predict words very well and doesn't have spell check. It suggests words that obviously don't exist. I got used to the keys, but they can be very frustrating at times.
The internet browser is completely useless and really slow. Even the most basic sites barely work - it's not worth the extra money for an internet plan for this phone.
The camera is awful and doesn't take videos, which all other phones seem to do.
This phone is just way too complicated - every menu seems to have 25 choices that only a techie would understand.
And finally, the whole thing died on me after 9 months of normal use and had to be replaced under warranty. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone and won't buy another.
