Very happy with mine.

Excellent unit. I have no trouble with the windshield mount. Perhaps others are not turning the knob all the way to the right when putting the mount on their windshield. Mine is rock solid! Bluetooth works great with the remote mic that comes with the unit. Extremely user friendly. Much better overall than the built-in unit in my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and it's software covers roads in areas that the Jeep unit does not (in the USA)!
